Unfortunately all that charm is simply getting lost in all the
chaos and pollution…
Bangaloreans don’t have to take this anymore… we need to
fight it out!!
The government is making a fantastic effort in improving things…
but it needs the cooperation of us, the citizens, to
make OUR
So whether you are simply
going to sit back and accept it as fate or actually
do something in trying to make things better is up to you. Doing something
could be as SIMPLE as printing out one/more of the short messages below and
handing it out to deserving people
you pass on the street on your way to college/work/movie... this kind of
asynchronous communication, where you just pass them a small slip of paper and
move off on your way, prevents any unnecessary wastage of time that might occur
if the recipient wants to defend himself or argue or react in any other negative way.
He’s breaking
the traffic laws and getting
away with it, so why
shouldn’t I ?!!
…could end up
in this…
He (…owwww!…) luckily managed
to get away without
(…ayyyoooo!! ..) any accident, why (…ammaaaa!!…) didn’t I ?!!
“GET THE BLOODY

Free allergy, asthma and lung cancer is what your
vehicle is offerring to the people behind it!
(Btw, that’s also what you’re getting from the polluting
vehicles in front of you)
A message from the bottom of my heart… I mean lungs… please spend a little of your precious time to fix your vehicle’s exhaust,
it could be as simple as getting the carburettor

you!
Let’s make it a better Bangalore!!
Relaxation Concentration Compassion
Relaxation – Stress inhibits clear thinking, which could result in
an accident. For e.g., you could become extremely irritated at an inconsiderate
truck driver who just cut you off, and you turn around to give him a piece of
your mind which may prevent you from noticing the pedestrian crossing the road.
Also, anger sometimes instigates you to drive much faster than your average
speed, increasing risk.
Concentration – Don’t think of your office and the
possible promotion or some problem at home while driving, or you could end up
getting a lot more time and solitude to ponder over them in the hospital!
Compassion – If some school children are crossing the road, don’t
allow the Road Devil to make you desperately honk warning them of the danger
they’re in and cut across… control those basic instincts and slow down and let
them pass. It reduces the risk for you of swerving off the road in case they
decide to cross anyway in spite of your warnings.
